Guarantees

Funky Beans exercises active accountability as a brand towards assuring customers of the quality and integrity of the products we sell. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee. However, we do offer a robust replacement offer for beans that do not germinate.

GOALS

With this guarantee, we hope to:

  • reinforce the brand’s adherence to its own principles.
  • invoke a sense of legitimacy around our products, brand, and, by extension, the cannabis seed industry.
  • provide written language for the brand and its customers to refer to for quality assurance.

Language & Guidance

Stray from official verbiage like “guarantee” and guide customers to the understanding that we are commodifying a biological process, meaning that we cannot guarantee success.

Returns & Replacements

Our promise extends through our community of growers from a place of sincere respect for the product. While we have successfully replicated our approach innumerable times and work tirelessly to source the highest-possible quality seeds, it’s inescapable that planting and growing cannabis is a biological process. And so, not every seed will germinate! 

Customers can receive replacement seeds when:

  • You have followed our Grow Guide but both seeds from a 2-count package and/or 5 or more seeds from a 10-count package did not germinate;
  • Seeds have been damaged during shipping.

To process a return, send picture proof of either the ungerminated seeds and/or damaged packaging to hello@funkybeans.wpenginepowered.com within 21 days of receipt. Please try to make the photos as detailed as possible. Our team will review your case and get back to you within two business days. 

If your seeds are eligible for replacement, Funky Beans will ship only the number of replacement seeds for those that did not germinate or were damaged. Seeds that do not germinate due to grower deviation from the Grow Guide, or that are lost/damaged after receiving them, will not be replaced. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns and the right to refuse refunds to avoid exploitation of our policy – although nearly all unopened items returned within 21 days of receipt (that are undamaged on the customer’s part) would qualify.

In instances where there was an error on our part we will always make it right and issue either a full return or credit to ensure the best experience with our company.

Refunds & Exchanges

Unopened seed packages can be exchanged within 21 days of receiving them. Contact hello@funkybeans.wpenginepowered.com to initiate an exchange.
