Funky Beans will never share your private or purchase-related information with anyone outside of our company for reasons other than marketing and improving our service. We would never share your information with authorities unless you commit a crime against our company involving theft or fraud.
This site is operated by Funky Beans LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Funky Beans LLC (or “Funky Beans”). Funky Beans LLC offers this site, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any and all reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice at any given point in time. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy and Guarantees. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer at any point in time. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Order Processing
All credit and/or debit card payment processing is done in real-time accordance with your banking institution. Charges on your statements will say Funky Beans LLC.
Shipping
Seeds will be shipped the next business day after payment has been authorized. Standard shipping within the continental US can take 1-5 business days but is not guaranteed.
Returns & Replacements
Our promise extends through our community of growers from a place of sincere respect for the product. While we have successfully replicated our approach innumerable times and work tirelessly to source the highest-possible quality seeds, it’s inescapable that planting and growing cannabis is a biological process. And so, not every seed will germinate!
Customers can receive replacement seeds when: (1) you have followed our Grow Guide but both seeds from a 2-count package and/or 5 or more seeds from a 10-count package did not germinate; or, (2) seeds have been damaged during shipping.
To process a return, send picture proof of either the ungerminated seeds and/or damaged packaging to hello@growfunkybeans.com within 21 days of receipt. Please try to make the photos as detailed as possible. Our team will review your case and get back to you within two business days.
If your seeds are eligible for replacement, Funky Beans will ship only the number of replacement seeds for those that did not germinate or were damaged. Seeds that do not germinate due to grower deviation from the Grow Guide, or that are lost/damaged after receiving them, will not be replaced.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and the right to refuse refunds to avoid exploitation of our policy – although nearly all unopened items returned within 21 days of receipt (that are undamaged on the customer’s part) would qualify.
In instances where there was an error on our part we will always make it right and issue either a full return or credit to ensure the best experience with our company.
Refunds & Exchanges
Unopened seed packages can be exchanged within 21 days of receiving them. Contact hello@growfunkybeans.com to initiate an exchange.
Autoship Subscriptions
The Autoship Subscription program is the most convenient way for customers to get their favorite products delivered to you on a regular schedule.

Earning Rewards with Autoship Subscriptions
Autoship subscribers are automatically enrolled into the Funky Growers rewards program and earn 150 CannaCredits for enrolling in the autoship program as well as earn CannaCredits for every shipment of their autoship subscription, depending on the frequency of shipments. Shipping Frequencies & Terms
Autoship subscribers can choose to receive shipments every month, every 3 months or every 6 months. Orders are shipped the day after your payment has been processed. Standard shipping within the continental US can take 1-5 business days but is not guaranteed. Autoship subscribers can adjust their shipping frequency through their customer account dashboard. Login to your account to change your shipping frequency.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed on the date of your original purchase based on the frequency you selected. Orders are shipped the day after your payment has been processed. Shipping is not included in the price of the subscription. Standard ground shipping usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive within the continental US, but is not guaranteed. Autoship subscribers will be automatically removed from the program after 3 consecutive cycles of declined payment attempts.
Update Account or Payment Information
Autoship subscribers can update their payment methods and account information directly in their customer account dashboard. All changes to payment and/or account information must be completed 7 days prior to your shipment date in order to process your order with the desired changes. Changes made within 7 days of your shipment date will not be reflected until after the following shipment.
Freezes & Cancellations
Funky Beans does not allow freezes, but autoship subscribers can cancel their subscription or adjust the frequency of their subscription through their customer account dashboard. Login to your account to adjust your subscription frequency or cancel your subscription. Autoship subscription frequency adjustments or cancellations must be completed 7 days prior to your shipment date in order to process your order with the desired changes. Changes made within 7 days of your shipment date will result in a final shipment and your changes will go into effect after the final order has shipped.
Returns
Subscription orders are only eligible for returns if the package has been damaged during shipping. To process a return, send a photo of your shipment to hello@growfunkybeans.com within 21 days of receipt to assess for return eligibility.

Secret Stash Seedscriptions
The Secret Stash Seedscription box is a subscription service that offers members exclusive access to unreleased seed varieties. Secret Stash Seedscription members subscribe to receive an unknown (but carefully selected) seed variety at their desired order frequency.
Membership Perks
Secret Stash Seedscription members will receive seeds from either our pre-release inventory available to members well in advance of being available on our website or they will receive limited-release inventory that is exclusively curated only for members. All seedscriptions are offered at discounted prices depending on the frequency of shipment:

And a friendly reminder: The 150 CannaCredits you get for signing up can be used for autoshipping, but only once for each product. Please, don’t try to use them more than once.

Secret Stash seedscription members can choose to receive shipments every month, every 3 months or every 6 months. Funky Growers Rewards
Funky Grower rewards is an easy way to convert purchases into cash. Members earn points with every transaction, known as CannaCredits, that can be redeemed for future purchases.
Enrollment
Customers can join the Funky Growers Rewards program by visiting this page on our website. And, customers are automatically enrolled at time of purchase unless the customer deselects the opt-in checkbox at checkout.

User Definitions
Funky Growers Rewards members are defined as: (1) Active – Those who have purchased or earned social rewards within 90 days; (2) Lapsed – Those who have not purchased or earned social rewards in 180 days; or, (3) Inactive – Those who have not purchased or earned social rewards in 365 days.
CannaCredit Availability
CannaCredits earned from purchases are available 21 days after an order has shipped. CannaCredits earned after enrolling in rewards, autoship, and/or Secret Stash are available immediately. All other CannaCredits earned will be ready to use 24 hours after you’ve done what’s needed to get them.
CannaCredit & Redemption
You can use these credits when you check out, either a little at a time or all at once. But, you need to have at least 100 CannaCredits before you can start using them. CannaCredits cannot be applied towards Secret Stash or autoship orders, but members can earn CannaCredits for every Secret Stash or autoship order.
CannaCredit Expiration
All CannaCredits expire 365 days from the date of earning. For example, if you earned 100 points on Day 1 and 75 points on Day 30, then the 100 points you earned on Day 1 will expire on Day 366 & the 75 points you earned on Day 30 will expire on Day 396.
CannaCredit Devaluation
We want everyone to earn (and keep!) honest CannaCredits. Customers can keep their CannaCredits if they processed an exchange. However, refunded purchases result in a forfeiture of the CannaCredits earned for that purchase.

In order to become an Authorized Wholesale Partner, you must have a valid reseller’s license and submit a Wholesale Partner Application. Please ensure that you correctly fill out all of the required fields in order for our team to respond in 2-3 days.
All Authorized Wholesale Partners receive:
- 50% off SRP with an MOQ of $500 per order
- First-time wholesale orders receive an additional 10% off
Payment is due in full at checkout for all wholesale orders purchased online. The minimum order requirement to apply the 50% off SRP wholesale discounts is $500 ($1,000 retail value). Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Severability

Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site.
